People are stupid and people are vengeful – and California is planning to legislate against the vengeful part. The stupid part is taking pictures or video of yourself in compromising situations (i.e., naked or having sex) while the revenge part is the jilted ex who is evil enough to put those pictures or videos on the internet, at sites such as Reddit. Then, voila!, you have “revenge porn.”
